Product Description:
Following industry requests for a range of lightweight, grease
free, high performance metal fittings, our R&D engineers have
taken their popular KQG/KFG and KQB metal fittings ranges, added
some missing options, and made them even smaller, lighter and
stronger.
Designed for applications where heat, corrosion and chemical
resistance is a necessity, the new KQG2 Series of stainless steel
316 one-touch fittings are now up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter
than the previous models with 8 new options, totaling 17 models.
Additionally, two new tube sizes can now be used with varying tube
diameters from 3.2mm up to 16mm.
Series KFG2, a stainless steel 316 insert type fitting now comes
with an increased 5 to 9 model options. Notably, it is up to 44%
smaller and 37% lighter. NPT threads and the addition of a 16mm
tube size enable these fitting to operate in temperatures from
-65ºC to 260ºC when selected without a sealing thread agent. As a
result, users will benefit from easier maintenance due to
sleeveless sealing.
Finally, to complete our metal fitting range is our brass option
Series KQB2. Similarly, it is up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter
than the previous models, allowing an expanded range from 9 to 17
models with both NPT and G threads. Electroless nickel plating is
applied to all brass parts to ensure its continued good condition
throughout its lifetime.
Applications:
SMC's KQG2T04-00 Pneumatic Tee Fitting is a one-touch pipe fitting
designed for quick connection and disconnection of air and liquid
pipes, with a shape of tee. It is made of SS316, and its
temperature range is from -25°C to 150°C. This product is certified
by CE, and the minimum order quantity is 20. The price can be
negotiated based on the quantity and delivery time is 1-7 work days
after payment. Payment terms include T/T, Western Union and Paypal.
SMC can supply up to 5000 pieces of this pneumatic tee fitting per
month.

Note 1) For soft nylon tubing, water cannot be used.

One year quality guarantee PolicyWe will check the goods quality
before shipment. If there are some
unexpected problems
happen, we hope to solve the problems with buyer through friendly
in the
following ways:
1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days
after
receiving the goods,
buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for
identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one
year
(not included those
damages coursed by shipping or Man-made damaged ).
A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any products returned in
"used" condition. And then we will send a new
product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD)
has quality problems, we
will resend a new product in buyer next order; if buyer don't plan
to make a new order in
the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to
resend a new product. If
there is an issue with the products, please contact us– we will
solve it as soon as we get.
