Product Description:
In response to industry demands for a selection of lightweight,
grease-free and high-functioning metal fittings, our R&D
engineers have improved upon our current ranges of KQG/KFG and KQB
metal fittings. These new models are up to 30% smaller and 62%
lighter than the preceding models, bringing a total of 17 KQG2
model options and 9 KFG2 model options that offer an even better
performance. Also, with the addition of two new tubes sizes, these
fittings can be used with a variety of tube diameters from 3.2mm to
16mm.
The KFG2 Series stainless steel 316 insert type fittings allow for
operation temperatures from -65ºC to 260ºC when chosen without a
sealing thread agent and provide sleeveless sealing for easier
maintenance. A noteworthy addition to our metal fittings range is
our brass option, Series KQB2. These fittings are also up to 30%
smaller and 62% lighter than the earlier models, and have been
increased from 9 to 17 model options, with both NPT and G thread
features. Furthermore, electroless nickel plating has been applied
to all brass parts which ensure the fittings retain their good
appearance during their lifespan.
Applications:
SMC's KQG2T04-00 Pneumatic Tee Fitting is a one-touch pipe fitting
designed for quick connection and disconnection of air and liquid
pipes, with a shape of tee. It is made of SS316, and its
temperature range is from -25°C to 150°C. This product is certified
by CE, and the minimum order quantity is 20. The price can be
negotiated based on the quantity and delivery time is 1-7 work days
after payment. Payment terms include T/T, Western Union and Paypal.
SMC can supply up to 5000 pieces of this pneumatic tee fitting per
month.
