Strong Self-Priming Ability
These pumps exhibit outstanding self-priming capabilities, with a
large suction range of up to 7 meters without the need for
additional water injection or diversion operations. They can
initiate operations swiftly and draw liquids into the pump chamber
for delivery promptly, making them particularly suitable for
scenarios requiring frequent starting and stopping, effectively
enhancing work efficiency.
Reliable Corrosion Resistance
Various material options are available for components in contact
with liquids, including 316L stainless steel, aluminum alloy,
polypropylene, conductive polypropylene, and polyvinylidene
fluoride. The aluminum alloy material undergoes anodizing treatment
on the surface, with the pressure chamber receiving an epoxy
coating post-anodizing. The pump body's central shaft is
constructed from stainless steel to ensure high corrosion
resistance, enabling stable operation in harsh environments.
Lubrication-Free Air Pressure Chamber
Featuring an oil-free air pressure chamber design, these pumps do
not require lubrication when utilizing CDA-driven gas. The air
pressure
chamber has a simple structure with minimal parts and low reliance
on seals. Maintenance work is reduced as no lubrication additives
need to be introduced, thereby preventing potential failures
arising from lubrication issues.
Stable Operating Performance
These pumps maintain stable operation in both low and high-pressure
environments, as well as in slow and fast operational states,
without any jamming issues. Leveraging patented air valves with
high wear resistance and a unique three-way pilot valve reversing
design, these pumps guarantee exceptional reliability across
various applications, achieving a minimal failure rate and ensuring
continuous production.
Convenient Maintenance
All components are replaceable without the need to access the
liquid chamber, ensuring easy assembly of parts and straightforward
machine repairs. The air chamber is positioned above, preventing
liquid ingress and facilitating online maintenance, significantly
