aluminum part with a precision steel roller inside, which is
supported by two high impact resistant plastic cover plates. The
housing has four mounting holes, which include two horizontal and
two vertical mounting holes for easy installation. Additionally,
the air enters from either of the two inlet holes on the shell that
drive the roller and generates centrifugal force, which then
generates vibration through the body. After work, air is discharged
from the impact resistant plastic cover plate that is equipped with
a silencer.
The R series high-frequency pneumatic roller vibrator can be used
to vibrate, fill, and transport flowable powders. Because of its
pneumatic transmission, the vibration frequency can be controlled
by adjusting the air pressure. Its primary uses include unloading
from hoppers, mixing of powder, transportation of powdered
