Product Description:
The K series vibrator is a ball type vibrator, which is also
commonly known as a steel ball vibrator. The housing of this
pneumatic vibrator is made of rust proof aluminum and is equipped
with hardened steel raceways over which steel balls roll.
The K series vibrator housing is also equipped with special nylon
end caps at both ends, which are mainly used to locate steel tracks
and balls, and also prevent dust and water from entering. Hence,
this K series ball vibrator can function effectively even in harsh
environments such as dust and moisture. The inlet and outlet of the
ball vibrator have standard pipe threads which allow for easy
exhaust out through the pipeline, ensuring unhindered exhaust flow.
Additionally, it has four mounting holes that allow for
installation in different positions, two horizontal and two
vertical.
Operational Principle:
The K series ball vibrator works by using compressed air to drive
the internal steel balls (rollers) to rotate and create regular
vibrations. The pressure and flow rate of compressed air can be
adjusted to control the magnitude and frequency of the vibration
force. By increasing the air pressure, the vibration frequency
becomes higher, and the centrifugal force of the vibration also
increases.
