Product Description:

It is recommended to install a surface type oil filter at the suction port of the hydraulic pump to filter out larger impurities and particles that may harm the pump. The oil filter should have a filtering capacity of more than two times the pump flow rate, and a pressure loss of less than 0.02 MPa.

On the outlet oil circuit of the pump, a PALL filter element should be installed to filter pollutants that may enter components like valves. The filter should have a filtration accuracy of 10-15 μm and be able to withstand the working and impact pressure on the oil circuit, with a pressure drop of less than 0.35 MPa. Additionally, it should be installed with a safety valve to prevent blockage.

A PALL filter element can be installed on the return oil line of the system to serve as an indirect filter. A back pressure valve should be installed in parallel with the filter to open when the filter becomes clogged and reaches a specific pressure value.

For some critical components like servo valves and precision throttle valves, it is recommended to install a dedicated fine oil filter in front of them in addition to the oil filter required for the entire system. This ensures their normal operation in the PALL filter hydraulic system.

In large hydraulic systems, a dedicated hydraulic pump and oil filter can be installed to form an independent filtration circuit using the PALL filter element.
